How does the rental process work?

1. Choose a bike on our website
2. Contact us via WhatsApp and specify the rental date, rental period, and delivery address
3. Send a copy of your passport
4. Courier delivers the bike to the specified address for a free test ride
5. You pay for the rental by cash, transfer to Indonesian bank account, or USDT (ERC 20) cryptocurrency
6. At the end of the rental, you extend the rental period or leave the bike on site for free return

Do I need a driving license?

Yes, a valid driving license is required. We accept both Indonesian and foreign licenses.

What happens if the bike breaks down?

We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. If there's a mechanical failure (not due to misuse), we'll repair or replace the bike at no extra cost.

Can you deliver the motorcycle to my hotel?
