When agency work is agreed in messages, Business Ops keeps the source message attached when it becomes proposed work. Ask what is waiting and it cites the conversation. A person can edit, approve or undo the action before anything goes out. Built first for shoots, edits, approvals, schedules and client decisions inside agency groups. Manual review and approved sending work. Automatic account-wide work projection is still in development.

Problem

Agency decisions, approvals, and follow-up were disappearing inside old WhatsApp messages.

What I built

I built a private office that captures connected conversations, searches the evidence, links messages to proposed work, and keeps external actions under human approval.
